Representative of the Goverment at the European Court of Human Rights
Every state has a permanent representative to represent it in the Court when charged. The representative stands for a connection between the Court and the state, and is responsible that the whole national legal order is introduced to the case-law.
Representative of the Government at the International Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg and Office of the representative of the Republic of Croatia at the International Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg are established by the Ordinance and the very Ordinance also defines internal organisation of the Office and its scope, Office management techniques, framework number of state officials and other issues important for the Goverment's representative duties and issues important for his Office.
The representative of the Government of the Republic of Croatia at the International Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg represents the Government of the Republic of Croatia at the International Court of Human Rights pursuant to the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms and additional protocols related to the very Convention.
The Republic of Croatia and and European Court of Human Rights communicate via the Government's representative.
