Directorate for Probation and Support to Victims and Witnesses

Directorate for Probation and Support to Victims and Witnesses is an administrative unit of the Ministry of Justice that performs administrative and professional tasks related to: deciding on criminal prosecution, selection and enforcement of criminal-law sanctions and measures for criminal crime perpetrators of age, organisation of support and assistance to victim and to injured party and organisation of support and assistance to victim's and perpetrator's family. The Directorate also implements professional training of clerks, and performs internal supervision of righteous, timely and lawful labour of organisational units and Directorate officials.
