Criminal Law Directorate

Criminal Law Directorate is an administrative organisation in the Ministry that performs administrative and professional tasks related to the following: creation of draft proposals, implementation of acts and other regulations from the criminal law domain, professional analysis of amnesty cases, cases of financial compensation to crime victims and damage indemnification for unfounded arrest and unfounded sentence; tasks related to conducting penal and misdemanour records and confirmed bill of indictment records, activities related to impementation of strategy for suppression of corruption. It also performs other tasks from its scope.
