Civil, Commercial and Administrative Law Directorate

Civil, Commercial and Administrative Law Directorate is an administrative unit of the Ministry that performs administrative and professional tasks related to: preparing draft proposal of acts and and implementation of acts and other regulations from the Directorate's scope.

It also implements special administrative procedures and administrative supervision, performs activities relating to succession of the former Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, and performs other tasks from its subject matter.

The scope of the Civil, Commercial and Administrative Law Directorate is stipulated by the Regulation on Internal Organization of the Ministry of Justice (OG 38/10).
