Organisation

The Ministry of Justice comprises 11 organisational units.

Organisational framework, administration, and a required number of civil servants and employees are regulated in order for the Ministry to perform administrative and other professional tasks that are in its jurisdiction and scope.

The Ordinance on the Internal structure of the Ministry of justice defines labour positions for civil servants and employees with a description of their primary tasks and professional conditions necessary for the very performance, their powers and responsibility, labour planning, relation with citizens and attainment  of work transparency, admission to the civil service, that is, to labour and terminantion of civil service, that is, of labour, and other issues important to the functioning of the Ministry that are not governed by the Ordinance on the internal structure.
