• 1996 – 2000 advisor in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and diplomat in the Embassy of Croatia in the Netherlands
• 1993 – 1996 junior researcher at the Chair of Labour Law and Social Security, Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb
